The Samsung Galaxy S25+ is set to be the next big release from Samsung, following the Galaxy S24+. As anticipation builds for its launch early next year, new leaks have provided a glimpse into its design and battery details. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Galaxy S25+ based on recent leaks.

Samsung Galaxy S25+ Design: What to Expect

Leaked CAD-based renders, shared by tipster Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) in collaboration with AndroidHeadlines, showcase the design of the Samsung Galaxy S25+. The new smartphone is expected to feature a design reminiscent of the Galaxy Z Fold 6, with flat sides and a flat display. The renders reveal very slim, uniform bezels and a centered hole-punch cutout for the front camera.

On the back, the Galaxy S25+ appears to have a vertical triple-camera setup in the top left corner, similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24+. The camera modules are housed in individual slots and are surrounded by rings, echoing the design elements seen in Samsung’s latest foldable devices. The power button and volume rocker are positioned on the right edge, maintaining the layout found in the existing model. However, features like SIM card slots are not visible in these CAD renders.

Samsung Galaxy S25+ Battery and Specifications

According to a report from Galaxy Club, the Samsung Galaxy S25+ is expected to be equipped with a 4,755mAh battery, with a typical capacity of 4,900mAh. This is in line with the battery capacity of the current Galaxy S24+. The base Galaxy S25 is anticipated to feature a 4,000mAh battery, while the Ultra variant may come with a larger 5,000mAh battery.

The Galaxy S25+ will likely be powered by either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or the in-house Exynos 2500 chipset, depending on the region. The device is expected to come with 12GB of RAM and a minimum of 256GB of onboard storage. The Galaxy S25+ will sport a 6.65-inch screen, which is expected to be marketed as a 6.7-inch display. The dimensions of the phone are projected to be 158.4 x 75.7 x 7.3mm, making it about 0.4mm slimmer than the current Galaxy S24+.
